Photography

120 & 35mm film

Artist Bio
A lifelong photographer, Emily has returned to film for over 25 years, drawn to its materiality and deliberate pace. Photography functions as both a method of observation and a spatial practice, one that sharpens her attention to the landscape and supports her broader inquiry into memory, representation, and territorial histories.

80 Years of Occupation is her first photobook, part of an ongoing photographic practice alongside her work in landscape studies and architecture.

Her preferred cameras are her Minolta X-700 (1981) and Kodak Medalist (1941).
